For the love of God, we need to stop the liberal madness.

This is a great true event that shows team spirit and how they overcame those who were against them.

A Massachusetts high school canceled the screening of Disney’s “Cool Runnings” this week after the principal said she received complaints that the 1993 film was “racially insensitive.”

The film is based on a true story about a bobsled team from Jamaica qualifying for the 1988 Olympics. The PG-rated movie follows the athletes' journey to the Olympic Games.

I honestly wonder why schools show so many movies anyway.

I remember the Jamaican bobsled team. The shop I was working in was all pulling for those guys. mmm...so, Cool Runnings is "racially insensitive." Can't recall anything in the film I would define that way but I suppose if someone is dissecting it LOOKING for a reason to be offended it could be done.

Backin the day I can remember being inspired to read books that movies were based on. Alas I don't think that happens as much today what with all the video tech infesting every aspect of our lives.

I vehemently disagree, you have to wait till at least March-April before you can classify the entire year.
