Well, it looks like Mueller answered the question, seizing privileged attorney client communications, Mueller pretty much made it impossible for Trump to answer any of this questions.

When certain lines are crossed you no longer have attorney - client privileges.

Obviously they had enough evidence for a judge to sign off on a warrant.

That is a pretty low bar now a days. Unless it is a straight up criminal act judges get away with about anything now a days.

President and congress get elected out for sucking at their job.
Judges can get overturned 99% of the time and make ridiculous rulings but impeachment of a judge is about as common as impeachment of the president. There are a heck of a lot more judges too obviously.

You have a right to legal counsel, seizing privileged attorney client communications subverts that right.

The Trump administration, and legal team has fully cooperated, and Mueller rewards their full cooperation by raiding Trump's lawyers office, home, and hotel room.

Mueller said in no uncertain terms, that cooperation with him is ill advised.

Mueller has made it pretty much impossible for Trump to further cooperate with him.

This move by the FBI is a pretty significant development. They do not do things like this without some very strong information, just look at that raid on Manaforts place a while back.

This action has Muellers fingerprints all over it. He must have something very specific he is looking for. I think the next few weeks are going to be very interesting.......for us, not so much for his cult.

Of course, since double-standards are the heart of modern right-wing politics, they'll never admit to that.

There is no defense lower than "Well, it's not that I'm innocent, but since you gathered proof of my guilt the wrong way, I'm innocent." Not that the memo even goes that far, but that is the defense Trump is attempting to use, which is basically admission of guilt. Right-wingers lose it when inner city gang-bangers get off the hook by attacking the prosecutor or getting the jury to distrust the arresting policemen, but they have no problem pulling the same tactics to defend Trump colluding with the enemy and perhaps even being an Russian agent. Disgusting double-standards, as always with them.

As for Trump, catching him in a lie shouldn't be too hard, but he'll just plead the 5th... not that I would trust anything that slimebag said under oath anyway. He has not a scrap of decency or morality left in him.
Oh, I don't think he ever had any of that in him at all. And of course he'll plead the 5th, surely being all he has ever done. Just imagine him admitting anything.

He has been able to slip by forever due to $$, by taking, stealing, cheating, lying. When will it end?

Lionel dispels the myth of 'if you've got nothing to hide, what's the big deal' and discusses why he feels that Trump should not testify - and I agree. I'd thought that way before he made this video and I still feel that way.

Lionel Nation (not his name in real life) is a practicing trial lawyer, in three states. He owns a large law firm. He is also a political and legal commentator on TV, radio and youtube.
Graduated law school. Worked as a District Aide for a US Senator. Became an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Moved to NY where he continued to practice law and continued being a commentator.

He is not a Trump fan, and is not a hillary fan either. He did not vote for either of them, he voted for himself. He accepts that Trump is our president.
There are things that Trump has done while in office that he agrees with and things he disagrees with. He's not shy about discussing things that he does not agree with.

If they've been so cooperative they wouldn't still be going back and fourth on whether they'll have a sit down or not.

In the event Mueller discovered something implicating Cohen of having knowledge of a crime before or while it occurred he no longer can provide lawyer - client confidentiality. That's not a low bar, that's how it's always been.

If you tell your lawyer you're going to shoot Jim Bob in the morning and he doesn't report it, he goes to jail too.
