This is just disgusting.
I'm a liberal. I love the book. Take one instance of stupid behavior and ascribe it to 50 percent of the country. Brilliant.

If they're banning to To Kill A Mockingbird, I wonder if they also banned Harper Lee's Go Set A Watchman as well? That was an excellent read!

I think the OP needs to read more. Obviously does not know the history of book banning in America and tries to tie it to liberalism which he calls a mental disorder.

If he actually read he would know of the plethora of book banning by conservatives.

And in this case we are not even talking about a banning.

If I based my opinion of all conservatives based on this misguided and useless thread I would conclude their are utter morons. Of course that would be a gross and misguided conclusion.

The literature has "oppressive language for our kids."

So much for education.

ANd worth repeating -- the books aren't BANNED -- they are pulled from the curriculum...they are still available int he school.

In fact, liberals are generally against official censorship.

Unfortunately, you undermine your own credibility with silliness like "Liberalism is a mental disorder." A general definition of liberalism is that it favors civil liberties and is against authoritarianism, and you'd have to be crazy yourself to believe that those beliefs are crazy.
In fact Minnesota is fairly liberal.
In fact schools are dominated by liberals.
In fact it is liberals constantly pushing PC crap like censoring Huck Finn.
In fact liberals are only against censoring speech/thoughts/actions that they agree with, they're fine censoring or banning everything else - see any coastal university where a non rabid liberal has tried to speak.

Science says liberals, not conservatives, are psychotic
