First of all you don’t know that. When I worked in restaurants the servers packaged the orders and made salads. The cooks make the food and put it on the expo. The rest was servers. 735 in food is a lot of work.
Now, I will admit, it's been a long long time since I waited tables so maybe it's changed, but for a church to order 700.00 dollars worth of food and not leave a tip is disgusting.

A lot of work for the restaurant. People who do not deal with a waitress cannot be expected to tip the non-existent waitress.

Really? That's quite a presumption. They don't have waitresses at Wing Stop. Yet somehow the food winds up in a bag ready for pick-up. Why would anyone think it is different elsewhere?
Now when I go to a restaurant and order takeout from a particular waitress, and know that she's in charge, I tip her.
