But a lot of the time, this turns into a cycle that’s hard to break. You get the loan and hope to pay it off...but can’t quite get it all for several possible reasons, so there’s the loan again with more fees, and so on. I fell into the trap before I was married. I got lucky and escaped because my husband helped me pay off things.
What’s wrong with 950% interest loans? Don’t like the interest, don’t take the loan. Nobody is forcing you to take the loan, is there?
I have great credit, and make good money but you do realize 50% of this country is barely touching middle class. In some states, middle class is as low as a family making 37K a year. 57% of Americans have less than 1K in their savings account. The rising cost of healthcare, education, inflation with stagnant raises, etc etc. Many American families can easily find themselves trying to keep their head over water.
This is where payday loans come in, its fast easy cash. They will loan anyone cash, even with low income and bad credit. Sometimes that is many Americans only go to for quick cash to pay a bill they cant cover due to being layed off.
Payday loans are scams and should be banned like ponzi schemes.
For all we know, Trump could own a string of them. Maybe he does. This what that 'conflict of interest' thing is about.
We aren't allowed to know while Trump is hiding his tax returns.
Nope. And if you took time to actually read what this was about, it involves lenders owned by Native American tribes. Trump has never, unlike a certain Democrat Senator, claimed to belong to Tribe.
Of course you have to get beyond the cNBC nonsense to actually know this.
