Trump has the negotiation skills of a newt. I am surprised we are not paying twice that amount.

From what I read, it is an 'informal' deal, worth 3.9 billion.


I imagine that once formal contracts are drawn up, there will be, as usual, provisions for cost overruns, etc.

Yes. Unfortunately even the starting price is the same which he complained about only a year ago.
