The NRA has supported that, too; I don't.

This shows just how little you know about Trump supporters.

Better yet, ban Hollywood movies, heavy metal music, rap music and social media.

Our Trump makes great compromise at the expense of his own base to help stop more gun deaths. The bump stock is not even am arm; it’s a modification that makes guns more like those automatic weapons that are already illegal.

Freedom was designed for a moral society, not the insane asylum of today. Therefore, the founders put no restrictions on bearing arms. Society has deteriorated so much now that you have to strip their rights away to manage the chaos. Russia is laughing and no doubt waiting. A disarmed America is defenseless.

Uh, we all know this won't plead the left as you can see from this thread. They won't be happy until we have a gun ban

Would be good to get rid of the NRA organized ban on the CDC collecting data as well so that GOOD decisions can be made, not just knee jerk ones.

In the end, I think it will take a new amendment to change things. And im not sure how I feel about that.
banning bump stocks would not take an act of congress, just a rule change at the BATF. that was all it took to make them legal during the obama administration.

as for the CDC, leave them out of the gun control mix, they are not here for that. they are here to research diseases, not guns.

i agree it will take a new amendment that repeals the second amendment, and replaces it. we must be careful what we ask for if we go down that road, we may just get it.

in the end we already have tens of thousands of gun control laws on the books, why not tart actually enforcing the ones we already have?
