It won't even be a deterrent. Many people are going to instinctively run away before they even stop to worry about the legal consequences of doing so.

"Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6", I think the saying goes.

Why the resistance to put armed guards in schools? The only reasons I can think of are:
1. They are too mentally ill to think,
2. They want more tragedies to happen so that they can push for more gun control, or
3. Both 1+2

I know the media is foaming at the mouth whenever they see a mass shooting. They love mass shooting as it's so good for their ratings!
I disagree completely.

Plenty of schools have armed resource officers. Parkland had 4 of them.

My daughter's school has several resource officers. I'm not even sure how many, but I know there's more than one.

I have no issues with it. I don't want anyone in a military uniform out front or for kids to feel like school is a prison, though.

I think there's a way to meet in the middle on this issue, but people are too riled to discuss it properly.

Democrats don't want solutions that work, especially ones that don't include restictive gun controls. It's in their handbook.

Which war ravaged country do you live in where 500,000 to 3,000,000 people would die as a result?

So they just want to murder children so that they can push their gun control agenda?
