"The Senate Intelligence Committee has found that Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee are responsible for leaking to Fox News confidential text messages between the Senate panel’s highest ranking Democrat and a Washington lobbyist associated with a Russian billionaire, sources familiar with the situation told The New York Times on Thursday."
You libs are more upset about the leaking itself rather than Senator Warner's connections with a Russian billionaire? Isn't this everything you're accusing the Trump administration of?
How about they slap Warner's azz in jail and find out what's going on?

Given that Warner provided this data to the committee as part of his duties? And that him doing this is what got leaked? Yeah.
Its like some guy screaming about a cop talking to a drug dealer, then it turns out the reason the guy knew about it is because he read the transcripts from the wire the cop had on.
And since it appears its Nunes it is just more of his usual obstruction of justice.
The documents containing the texts were leaked just days after one of Nunes’ staff members asked the Senate committee to share copies of the exchange with the House committee, one source said.
No, it doesn't make it plain at all. The only thing that's plain is someone is guessing.
If you are predisposed to dislike Nunes because he had the cojones to call foul on the railroad job on Trump by the Obama WH and the Hillary Campaign colluding with this country's intelligence services...then it's obvious to you. DC is much too corrupt right now, that's the only thing obvious to me.

I'm inclined to dislike Nunes because he only cares about being partisan, not about doing his job.
Im inclined to think it was Nunes because until he took over the committee the members of it had worked well together, and because he is known to like leaking things to the press. Additionally he has refused to deny it, and even members of the GOP have claimed he did.
And he is currently under investigation for a ethics complaint for leaking other information.

Warner only told the committee after he was caught by the IG.
It is not part of his duties to attempt to contact a key witness without going through official channels, and without "leaving a paper trail" (Warner's own wards).
