But looks like they have doubled down .
They don't think they lost, they think Russia stole it from them. Some of them really think this.

The Federal Government has to send a very clear message to these Rogue cities. Oakland would be a perfect target. Send in the US Marshals and arrest this POS of a mayor and put her in federal prison. Fire the entire city leadership and hold new elections. Allow no one from the outside to influence votes. Just do a quick random poll of the city and install leaders that the public wants that are qualified to do the jobs. And then watch them like a hawk. Put them on probation for 5 years or something. Every meeting they have a US Marshall will be in attendance.

They need to be an example.

Some interesting (and disturbing) numbers in this article:

The truth about crime, illegal immigrants and sanctuary cities | TheHill

From the above:

Quote:
That same year (2014), the U.S. Sentencing Commission found that 75 percent of all criminal defendants who were convicted and sentenced for federal drug offenses were illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants were also involved in 17 percent of all drug trafficking sentences and one third of all federal prison sentences.

The U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Sentencing Commission reported that as of 2014, illegal immigrants were convicted and sentenced for over 13 percent of all crimes committed in the U.S.

According to the FBI, 67,642 murders were committed in the U.S. from 2005 through 2008, and 115,717 from 2003 through 2009. The General Accounting Office documents that criminal immigrants committed 25,064 of these murders.

Crooked Hillary got a lot more votes in CA of course , but thankfully she is not President of these United States.

My sincere apologies

I feel your pain, AZ had to accept that the government was in charge of illegal aliens
back in the SB1070 day's and sadly nothing has changed since.

If history is any indicator, the future will be celebrating and applauding people as pat in the present day riots, who at the time, were nothing more than criminals.
Every authoritarian ideologue, whether it was George Wallace in the Alabama of the 50s/60s or Jerry Brown and Libby Schaff in the present day, has a following of losers and/or dummies who can be easily convinced that they will lose social position if the current order is upset -- and in a lot of cases, they're right.

Both Occupy Wall Street and the NEA have a lot in common with Bull Connor's troops and the peckerwoods who cheered them on.

That's interesting. I was talking to the mayor of the small upstate town in NY where my kid goes to college. I mentioned all the red Trump signs I'd seen driving around. He said yup, and they're all Democrats. None of them can relate to Albany or NYC. Not a chance they'll change parties but they all want change.

A lot of Obama voters voted for Trump instead of Hillary .

But of course MSM doesn’t like to talk about that .

That's a great way to say it and I'm not surprised.

I was one of them and I can tell you I don't like talking about it either. I would have voted for any other Democrat but Hillary. They were idiots for trotting out a problematic candidate. At least we know the dirt that's going on in the White House instead of it being completely covered up.

And I did vote for Obama twice and wouldn't have the second time had I known how corrupt his entire administration was.
