Well, if you want to nitpick... Rachel Dolezal said she was Black (she's White), and Elizabeth Warren said she was Native American (she's White), so there is a subtle difference in their claims to minority status.
they both lied and said they were something they arent. the issue is the same.
If you had been told your whole life by your family that you were (fill in the blank), you would have little reason not to believe it.
I personally know an individual that was told they were native American, it was on their birth certificate, they got a 'free ride' to college as a minority, only to find out at age 63, through genetic testing they were zero percent native American. In the end, it does not make one damn bit of difference. Your ethnicity is just a descriptor, like eye color, and has little to do with who you are as a person.
I have no idea what this 'newspaper' is trying to prove but it degrades their credibility in general.
Yes, I think they want her to resign and go into exile, because they hate her on policy
Policy-wise, she's a sniveling lightweight, quite frankly. Her misappropriation of affirmative action slots using false ethnic credentials at both Penn and Harvard far outweigh anything else on her resume.
If Liz Warren wanted to be honest with herself and her constituents, she would tender her resignation immediately.
But that would require a level of personal integrity and professional courage Warren simply does not possess, of course, so I don't expect it to happen.

I already explained the VAST differences in these two cases multiple times in this thread alone!

How does Harvard listing her as being of Native American descent in a yearbook equate to "affirmative action"?
both lied about their heritage to advance their career.
What benefit did Warren get to "advance her career"?
