Secondly, Tillierson was NOT "fired by Tweet." It was revealed that Tillerson had previously been told that he was out.

But it's happening. What is not fake news is the disaster that is the Trump administration. No one stays, any disagreement and they get fired. Trump had been told to choose certain cabinet members and he took their advice as he was a political novice. So much for Trump never listening to anyone, right? Now that he has a sense of how DC works and what he wants to accomplish, it's better to sort this out sooner than later. He will get more done with fewer people so it's funny how Schumer's foot dragging getting appointees approved may be a waste of time. Trump will brag how he saved taxpayer money by being more efficient!
