The Mayor of Oakland helped a lot of bad bad people evade arrest .
Does the left view her as a hero ? She’s proud of her own actions .

A spokesperson for ICE gave Fox News examples of some of the unsavory characters who evaded officals during the raid.
One Mexican citizen had convictions for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and a conviction for driving under the influence (DUI), and had been deported in 2003.
Another who evaded capture had a conviction for sodomizing a drugged victim in 2012, as well as a DUI from this year -- that Mexican citizen had also been previously deported in 2013.
Another illegal immigrant from Mexico, previously deported in 2014 for a conviction for armed robbery, also evaded capture.
Should have expected them to bring up crimes like this, they are trying to gain sympathy for their cause, nothing more, nothing less.
Is the left so brainwashed that they are willing to let criminals roam our country risking their own families safety. Will it be you or your loved one next? Of course this sort of thing only happens to "other people" right? Just like those "other people" thought it happened to "other people".

I didn't say that. What I said was there are ZERO facts to prove who and how many did scatter. Fox News is engaging is pure speculation, not journalism.

There will always be those criminals that fall thru the cracks and sort of use this to their advantage, its unfortunate, but its going to happen. Cannot not let things like that distract from the larger 'picture'.
I always keep in mind in debates like this, even during the American Revolution, there were plenty of people living in the american colonies, who sided with England, they saw the American patriots we celebrate, as criminals and terrorists for things they were doing and saying.

Actually not true. The reality is that ICE has no capability of significantly reducing the illegal alien population.
So detention and deportation of other than the criminal element and the newly arrived is simply a random act serving no good purpose. And note that the older and non criminal population will also resist deportation and will tie up resources preventing that resource from being used to pursue the bad guys.
