Dude, your Democratic Party History completely missed the part where:
1. Before the year of the civil war, all the slaves, 3 millions of them, were owned by Democrats.
2. The civil war was really between the Democrat slave owners and the Republicans.
3. KKK was a Democrat invention and one must be a clansman to be a Democrat.
4. All the racial discrimination laws including the Affirmative Action were passed by the Democrat party.
5. Democrats never apologized, paid any retribution and still campaign on racism.
Is this intention to miss that part of the history?
You missed the part where the Democrats and Republicans swapped ends in the mid-60s with the advent of Civil Rights Legislation. Before then, the Democrats were "conservatives" and the republicans were "liberals".
As an example: Lincoln was a liberal republican who authored the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863, freeing the slaves owned by the conservative democrats.
I'm sure you didn't mean to leave that part of the story out. Please continue.

Enlighten me. Name the robbers who became the cops and the cop as who became the robbers.
I didn’t know Robert Byrd was a Republican before he was a clansman.
What did Democrats advocate before the 1960 vs. today? Same racist crap plus communism, no?
Then the rest of Machiavelli's political treatises.
Then everything else people recommend, and filter it through Machiavelli, because Little Nicky illustrates pretty much every strategy and tactic every politician, or political ideology uses, and what the aim of that strategy or tactics end goal is.
Not general but related. Just heard this guy interviewed on the radio today about his current book, More Great News for America, a sequel to Great News for America. Gerard Lameiro, PhD, is the pollsters pollster because he uses a different form he calls modeling. I only caught the last part of his interview though. He predicted Trump's win before anyone else and after the election he heard from his fellow pollsters, his competition, who essentially said, "You were right, we were wrong." Makes me wonder if Trump's people were working with him or using his techniques.
By the way, he said there would be no blue wave. We shall see! This is his website Gerard Lameiro PhD

Google "Southern Strategy", Nixon's plan to appeal to white supremacists to support republicans. Harry Dent and Strom Thurmond switched parties and became republican in 1964, and all of the "Southern Democrats" followed them. LBJ, a Democrat, was the President who signed the Civil Rights Legislation that caused them to switch.
Lee Atwater learned his trade at Harry Dent's knee, and in turn educated KKKarl Rove, who continued race baiting until Obama knocked his whole plan into a cocked hat. Lee Atwater was the only one of the bunch who ever apologized for his role in it, calling all of his political opponents from his deathbed while he was dying with a brain tumor.
Byrd renounced the Klan in the 1940s, while the democrats were still the racist party. If you need more proof of where the parties stood, google "Eisenhower's 1956 Platform". He and Bernie could have been running mates.

Oldie but goodie. I just reread it recently.
