Hillary Clinton fires back at critics: No one told a man who lost an election to shut up | TheHill

Hillary Clinton fires back at critics: No one told a man who lost an election to shut up

Hillary Clinton is striking back at critics telling her to “shut up” following her 2016 loss, saying, “They never said that to any man who was not elected.”

“I was really struck by how people said that to me — you know, mostly people in the press, for whatever reason — mostly, ‘Go away, go away,’” Clinton said Thursday during an event at Rutgers University.

“And I had one of the young people who works for me go back and do a bit of research. They never said that to any man who was not elected. I was kind of struck by that,” Clinton said

Gore, Kerry, McCain and Romney didn’t go around blaming everyone and their mother. Nor did they go around attacking voters.

Gore didnt have to be told.

And honestly, Gore had pretty good reasons to feel he was robbed. He just knew what was best for the country.

How old were you when Gore lost?

He said he wasn't going to drag the country through a recount, conceded, then proceeded to drag the country through a recount.

Hanging chads ring a bell?

If only Obama blamed Bush as much as Trump has blamed both Obama and Hillary...

Obama blamed Bush all the time? Were you under a rock?

He did occasionally blame Bush early on but it was still nowhere near as much as Trump has blamed Obama/Hillary.

You are missing the point. We are talking about post election when it was done.

Afterwards when it was done? Did he complain and whine about the Supreme courts decision? For more then a year afterwards? Or did he shut up and move on?

The OP continues to indulge his obsession with all things Hillary. There might be a self-help group for that.

Hillary continues to moan about her election loss. Maybe you should be more mad at her

Good! I hope it eats at her every minute of every day for the rest of her life. If she never learns to let it go and move on it will be a massive weight on the misery of her soul. Wait, she sold that to satan - too late!
