It was already on the horizon during Obama's time in office. While I can't blame him for the Great Recession, he slowed the recovery. Plus, the interest rates the Fed had were about as low as they could go. The bubble was near bursting when Obama left anyway. That it might burst when Trump is in office is not his fault at all.

This is a very hopeful delusion. It also reflects the general rejection of reality that put him in office, which tells me that he or someone more effective toward his base's goals will win again in the future.
