Tucker: Something ominous is happening to men in America | On Air Videos | Fox News

Not sure where to post this. It could be in many topics----parenting, psychology, relationship, philosophy, etc.

This is a serious issue. The libs won’t acknowledge it though, just like they won’t acknowledge the problems in the black community. Doesn’t fit their agenda.

Whether Carlson is likable/creepy or not (the video clip is the first I've ever seen of him) is beside the point. What exactly is he saying that people aren't agreeing with that they think is factually incorrect? They seem to be valid points to me, even if the messenger isn't one's favorite. A sampling of more detailed analysis of what he is talking about (and note ironically many of these sources that agree with his findings are often accused of having a liberal bias):

This is a non-issue. Tucker Carlson has no credibility or integrity. You can have my post deleted a million times. Still remains the same.

Just because an entertainment tv talk show tries to convince people of something doesn't mean it is real.

Real men don't have empowerment issues. Maybe some of you do -- but well that's your issue.

And it makes perfect sense to me why a man like Tucker Carlson has to do a series like this. His short comings don't make a valid argument or FACTUAL....lol

As a mom of three boys -- trust me -- they don't feel any less empowered than mend did 40 years ago.....

Something is happening to men in America: It's not okay to be racist anymore. It's not okay to be a sexist anymore. It's not okay to sexually abuse women anymore. It's not okay to shoot other people anymore. And men are being told this every day, and they are finally getting the message. Most of us always agreed with this, but many male Trump supporters don't like this fundamental shift of opinion. These men are dinosaurs, and hopefully soon, they will be extinct.

Tucker said that "70% of men in America are overweight or obese", and by that measure he is likely talking about a BMI of 27. My BMI is 27, I believe that is the indicator of being overweight. I'm not overweight but at 186 lbs, I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs. I don't look overweight or feel that way.

Most people are over 27, but that is a strict indicator and not necessarily reflective of someone being actually overweight. Sometimes the statistics are not perfect.

This is a real problem. Boys aren't allowed to behave like boys in school anymore. Schools have become almost exclusively run by females, and against "maleness". I have seen it personally devolve over my lifetime. Carlson is good to bring this to light because nobody else talks about that we've created a feminized society that is prejudiced against men.

He lost me when he tried to say it wasn't true that men make more than women.

Where do you live that you think this is life?

Raised three boys. Not my experience at all.

I find that men are playing the victim card more and more. Sorry men but as they say. Life's not fair.
