The "ridicule" was over the crux of the campaign, school lunches, not getting kids to be more physically active.

The illiterate POTUS has made tweets into official presidential edicts and proclamations.
Ivanka works for the president (ok--so nobody knows what it is she actually does), but since she has an office in the West Wing and title of Assistant to the President (unless she's been promoted to VP), she should at least pretend she knows what is going on there, in between her vacations.
After all the outrage from the right when Michelle Obama made childhood health a priority, she comes out with a tweet like this, when her own father is responsible for disbanding the very council dedicated to combating this problem.

Ivanka got the Trump organization's maternity leave policy wrong. There was quite the brouhaha about that a while back.
She was on a panel about women's issues and started nattering on about Trump's commitment to these issues. The audience groaned and jeered at here.
