Claiming, 10 years after the fact, that "I believed Sandy Hook happened" will do nothing for him here. His goose is indeed cooked. The statements at the time speak for themselves. Actual malice and huge punitive damages against him personally. He had better settle and settle fast because he will never be able to pay the judgment no matter how many taint wipes he sells.
Exaggerate much? Is this 2022?
Jone set the record straight years ago.
You people going off hearsay on the issue, are making some bold statements, that don't fit what actually occurred.
I used to found Alex Jones to be "well... interesting".
But now, I feel he is nothing but a troll. It seems to me that he is only interested in one thing; scamming enough people into believing his conspiracy theories so they will send him more money.
He’s found a business model that works. However, I think this time, he crossed the line.
This is written by someone who appears to know even less about the law than they do about the distinction between "retract" and "redact". Redacting/retracting an article (which Jones has not done) is not a defense to a defamation with malice claim, nevermind "meeting legal obligations" which isn't a legal standard and seems like something someone whose legal experience is gleaned from the back of a box of Apple Jacks would say. Anti-SLAPP isn't going to apply here, not even close.
I wish you could be Alex Jones's lawyer. Honest to God, I do.
And since I know damn well that you did watch, when was any of this redacted?
Again, if it was redacted, how did anyone, including you, know about any of this content?
Show starts in 20 minutes... I catch Alex daily and have for years. He use to be on the local Access Channel 10, back in the 90's and into Bush's reign.

Oh, I fully believe you've watched Alex for years. I would imagine that your television has him on as background noise 24/7. That would pretty much explain the tenor of most of your posts.
Read this slowly so you understand, or if you get distracted because you need to sound out the words, find someone who can explain it to you in the most simplistic of terms:
Editing an article after-the-fact is not an affirmative defense to a claim for defamation with malice.
Again, just so it sinks in:
