I don't think that you will find China in that group. They might initially push in that direction but their ultimate goal is to be the #1 economic power in the world and replace the US.
And nothing will deter them in making that attempt, especially Trump.
Another whopper. The U.S. does not pay 4% of its GDP towards NATO. If that were true, it would mean U.S. military expenditures within the U.S., in the Middle East, in Asia and in the rest of the world were ZERO. The percentages quoted by Trump are total military expenditures worldwide as a percentage of GDP.
That would certainly be better than supplying NK with nuclear material which is what William the Impeached did.

Light water reactors make it far more difficult and expensive to reprocess used-up factor fuel into weapons-grade plutonium.
Plus, it would be far easier to tell if North Koreans shut down their light-water reactors. "To extract the fuel rods, you have to lift off a giant lid at the top of the reactor and take them out all at once. Weapons inspectors love this feature because it requires a large-scale operation that's almost impossible to conceal."
These light water reactors would replace the "so-called "research reactors" which are both harder to inspect and more efficient at producing weapons-usable plutonium than the light-water variety.

What is happening to these documents now the the guys taping them together have been canned?
