President Trump still remains broadly underwater among African American men, with disapproval in the most recent survey holding at 71 percent.
While the burst in approval is an intriguing data point, the figures might also be a statistical anomaly. The sample sizes of black men surveyed for both weeks was well under 200 people.
Like most Republicans, Trump has never polled well among African Americans — he won just 8 percent of the African-American vote in 2016.
A sample size of 200 people, and it is mentioned that this is an anomaly. And in the article that you posted, it is a Reuters poll. Reuters audience is a high income audience. The part of the Black population that is the most likely to support Trump, high income Blacks. And this was a sample size of 200 people. You also have to consider that Blacks are less likely to be in the high income brackets. How about asking the rest of the Black population.
For places outside of Reuters, this is what I've noticed. Many African-Americans are angry at Kanye West for saying nice things about Trump.
Hypocrisy. Claiming "the Democrats are brain washing you, they want to keep you on the plantation", and at the same time, the persons saying those things are also assuming that Blacks aren't smart enough to know who to vote for. At this point, I'm considering that neither party is any good.
Most Black people who DON'T support Trump work for a living and aren't on welfare. You're making the assumption that the only reason Blacks vote Democrat is because they want welfare. That assumption is very wrong, and bigoted. And it shows your own hypocritical mindset.
