They assimilate very quickly. They take American names. They give their kids American names.
They start businesses. They create wealth. They don't go on welfare.
Their kids get top grades. Go to the best schools. Start businesses of their own. Create more wealth.
Unlike most Americans, they're net providers, not net takers.
Yep. Want to find a GREAT public school? (Yes, there actually ARE a few). Look for schools that have a high percentage of Asian enrollment. The academic competition will be more stiff, but if you want your kids to be academically challenged so they can learn, stretch, and grow intellectually, THAT is who you want their peers to be.
Our kids' public high school was located near what at the time was a HUGE Motorola campus, so TONS of Asian engineers, etc. And also happened to be in the nexus of a triangulated location in between 3 major area hospitals. So a TON of Asian doctors, etc. My kids went to a public high school that won the College Board's 50th Anniversary AP Award for the highest percentage of students who took and passed AP exams.
I'm referring to the majority of Americans who don't create wealth. As the vast majority of Americans don't create wealth, they are net takers. There are 22 million government employees at all levels. There are 28 million business owners in the U.S., of which 22 million are individually operated.
Asian-Americans own businesses at a higher rate than their percentage of the population. They also have lower crime rates than every other group.
Employees create wealth too, you don't have a job where you don't create wealth. Private businesses don't exist to subsidize people who don't add enough value to be "profitable". No ROI, no job.
As for the GOV employees, vis-a-vis Asians, have you BEEN to a post office? Or the DMV?
Asians are just as likely to be sucking at gov-teat as Americans. Blacks have been on the GOV plantation program (AA) for much longer, so there's more of them, but they're both still disproportionately over-represented while whites are under-represented. So your statement is erroneous.
Being Iranian, asian, hispanic or any other group doesn't exempt one from rasicm, even though some like to act like it does.
Yes it does
It shouldn't, but it does. Had this been a white guy, this story would be on in regular rotation on CNN right now. I say this as someone that's only half white.
Funny, with her accent, doesn't look like she's from America either, so weird how she tells someone else to go back to their own country?
And of course, the standard SOP for racial taunting of Asians, first, tell them to go back to their own country, second, mention the person's ethnicity (which is always wrong of course), and third, pull back the eyes to mimic a slant eyed expression.
But I see no basis for the guy to want to file a 'hate crime' charge. For what exactly? If she beat him up with the same words, sure, but hate speech by itself is protected so not sure what this guy wants.
That seems like a dubious proposition. Are you referring to the 47% of people that don't pay any federal income taxes? You do realize that some portion of that group are not Americans, right?
As for assimilating and having American names, Americans don't need to assimilate, they're already American, as are their names. So no points for doing stuff Americans have ALWAYS done...which leads me to the rest of your post....who do you think started businesses and created wealth in this country? Americans.
And welfare is definitely unAmerican, but the Asians do rely on it, just like Americans do. They just don't use the same very conspicuous programs at the same rates, largely due to demographics and cultural values.
My high school in the Atlanta suburbs was 25% Asian (is now 50%). Our rival high school is now 60% Asian. My best friend lives in south Orange County; he's one of the only non-Asians in his neighborhood.
They certainly assimilate better than other ethnic groups--especially East Asians and Indians.
East Asians and Indians? What are you talking about? LMAO!!

What’s an American name?
They assimilate quickly? Versus who? What group doesn’t assimilate as fast? I can’t think of one.
One that sounds Northern European, but you're not supposed to decode that sort of statement.
Lol...like Lars, Helmut or Bjorn?
