It’s wrong to name call but I don’t think her using that word would have had such a dramatic reaction. Comedians push the envelope, some take it too far like Barr, Bee and Griffin.

I love how a word our President used and dismissed as nothing shocking is not allowed on this board.

LOL.

Look -- I hate all the name calling....hate it....but we have reached new lows in our society.

Name calling, ridiculous 'locker room' -- all of it dismissed and brushed off.

We should be demanding better behavior from everyone - not just our celebrities.

This^^^

I can't stand either of them.

Rosanne is essentially fired and hundreds of others lose their jobs and Samantha? Nothing.
How many times does it have to be said?

They are/were employed by two different networks. So two different reactions.

Plus, I think the network said the show was pre-recorded, they should have bleeped the "word."

Too bad she used fowl language, her message was right on.

Anyone using the n***** word should be fired, too, regardless of race or political affiliation.

Freedom of speech for all, or... freedom of speech for none.

The former was a racist tirade. This was about something necessary.
