Ever wonder what a scumbag sounds like?

Quote:
Broward school Superintendent Robert W. Runcie – a Chicagoan and Harvard graduate with close ties to President Obama and his Education Department – signed an agreement with the county sheriff and other local jurisdictions to trade cops for counseling. Students charged with various misdemeanors, including assault, would now be disciplined through participation in “healing circles,” obstacle courses and other “self-esteem building” exercises.

Pretty hard to get a firearm with an arrest record too.

I didn't hear any praise or mention of the NRA from the scumbags mouth.

What have I said across multiple threads?
They do it for the infamy. Stop reporting the weapons and tactics used.

Allow an armed deterrence present at schools. Not just a couple cops. Volunteers and/or school faculty and start putting threats down like rabid dogs in a display that we will no longer tollerate this.

Been doing this gun free school zones stuff for how many years now? Real effective...

Motive. Incentive. Intent. Enabling outliers.

Not more good feels progressive social engineering that backfires. End Promise program nationwide immediately. Stop protecting criminals and the deranged.

And stop reporting it. Don't give the scumbags any attention or notoriety. Going in depth to the weapons and tactics used has served to inspire others as even the Sandy Hook scumbag confessed to idolizing columbine scumbags.

Seriously. What gun law would have prevented that?
Background checks? Not when he was protected under Promise, and didn't have one charge against him.
Ban ARs? Just means he goes for a different weapon.

It isn't us who are Pro2A to blame. We don't endorse this.

Who's this we stuff?

You say guns don't kill people, people kill people!

The gun is supposedly just a tool used to accomplish some fiendish deed.

Since people who commit mass shootings are usually (always) mentally unbalanced, it would appear that the counseling approach just might be an effective means to accomplish a good end. Counseling could prove to be effective by giving our youth a direction, or a pathway towards channeling their inner frustrations and setting future goals in order to provide hope and a more positive outlook on life.

I like it!

Sounds like a movie trailer. The kid would have made a great actor or movie producer. Definitely Hollywood material.

The FBI was too busy trying to frame Trump and repeatedly lying about it.

We would be the Pro2A community.

Counseling approach might be effective? I take it you didn't read the article.
They traded punishment for Counseling and this is what the result was.

That's what counseling gets.
Coddle and protect the criminals and deranged. Then cry when they be criminals and deranged.
How are they coddled and protected?

“We’re not going to continue to arrest our kids,” he added. “Once you have an arrest record, it becomes difficult to get scholarships, get a job, or go into the military."
So rather than having been charged with crimes and having an arrest record which would have shown up in a background check, denying/preventing a transfer of a weapon, give them counseling, healing circles, obstacle courses, and self esteem building exercises. That'll fix them...

He was protected by the PROMISE program.

Not the NRA...

FBI ignore a lot of stuff, so perhaps this case should be even more aggravating.

Not the NRA...

A juvenile arrest record wouldn't show on a BC for a firearm after the kid turns 18 unless the kid was tried as an adult for a crime. They get a clean slate when they turn 18. Demonizing the NRA and other pro 2A organizations is just a scare tactic used by the wacko leftists.

They apply the same old labels about "rednecks" etc to NRA members usually attacking intellect and "social conscience" of all gun owners and pro 2A people. They've obviously never talked with shooting community folks like Doug Keonig, Julie Golob, Molly Smith, Jerry Miculek, Rob Leatham and such. The ultra positive side of the shooting community (which is MOST of said community) is never highlighted. My son is friends with Molly and she Introduced him to Jerry and Doug.

There are some seriously positive role models for kids in the shooting world. But do you think that school administrators would allow kids to interact with them? LOL, Hell no! Despite the fact that competitive shooting inspired them as young people to apply themselves to study, get good grades and finally a spot on the team with a 4 year college scholarship.

The shooting community is always portrayed as hovel dwelling, wacko conspiracy nuts swilling beer and talking revolution. A week or two of training with the folks I mentioned would do a LOT more to turn kids around than an...obstacle course? Seriously? Wow.....
