These are the ways that Republicans stay in power because it's the way they win.
How does this favor one party over the other?

On the bright side, at least it'll prevent people from getting jury duty notices (and subsequent warrants for failure to appear) if they forget to manually un-register to vote after they move out of state.

Why do Republicans hate democracy? Why are you gleeful about denying people the right to vote?

Oh, that's right, you are happily goosestepping your way into a totalitarian dictatorship run by an orange moron, and grinning while you do so.

Who's being denied the right to vote? Oh, you mean you'd have to re-register?

If you fail to do any of the requirements and are removed from the registered voter rolls...uhm, go re-register? Another solution.

You could vote and not worry about any of this at all. Yet another solution.

Nobody is losing their right to vote. All this does is make voting in Ohio harder for dead people and those who no longer live in Ohio and haven't for years. Dead people and those who move out of state get removed, voter reg rolls get cleaned up, Ohio elections are more accurate to the will of actual, living Ohio voters.

Not seeing the problem?

There is less opportunity for voter fraud by the Democrats. That is the problem and the reason that the usual suspects who routinely support the Democrat left are complaining about this.

If you are a resident of the town/state and have been, and are registered, I dont care if you vote only once in your lifetime. There is no requirement that a citizen vote in every election/primary. Voter suppression at its finest. Happy now?

So you are good with same day registration when you find out you have been removed?

It is up to the state. So in this instance, if the State of Ohio believes they can responsibly administer a "same day" voter registration process, and they think it is a good idea, then sure. Why not?
