That little basement dweller will never leave his den. If he did, Putin would put out a hit on him because Assange has been his conduit to put out damaging information toward others, and the last thing Putin would allow is for him to testify.

Even if he did, who could believe a word he said any way?

Why should the hearing be closed? Why should we all not hear what he has to say? I'd turn them down to further the belief of a less than transparent government.

Assange has released documents in the past that were not favorable to Russian interests. They were used in court cases. Wikileaks has never been proven wrong. It doesn't play favorites or politics. They just give people info that would otherwise be suppressed.

I hope he tells us who the DNC insider was who gave him all of their emails. The only reason to withhold it would be to protect the go-between.

Exactly. I'm so sick of this closed door crap.

I'm aware that there's a lot of classified stuff, but at this point I don't care.
