The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the nation's largest business group and customarily a close ally of President Donald Trump's Republican Party, is launching a campaign on Monday to oppose Trump's trade tariff policies.

With some of America's tightest trading partners imposing retaliatory measures, Trump's approach to tariffs has unsettled financial markets and strained relations between the White House and the Chamber.

The new campaign, detailed first to Reuters, is an aggressive effort by the business lobbying giant. Using a state-by-state analysis, it argues that Trump is risking a global trade war that will hit the wallets of U.S. consumers.

They loved him till they didn't. 6 bankruptcies did not warn them.

Once his policies were going to bankrupt a lot of business (manufacturers, small business), it must have hit them hard.

Trump has no idea the damage he has caused to our nation.

No, destroying the world order is a Trumpist thing. Some people prefer stability. These people used to be called conservatives. Conservatism as we know it is dead. They have been replaced by the Trumplican. You know, those that want destruction for destructions sake.

As usual, members of The Left spin and isolate in their never ending attempt to convince themselves that they alone know the truth.
They fail.

There is an opinion, written by a journalist employed by US Chamber of Commerce, and it is his opinion that tariffs should not be used.
The Lefty zealots want us to believe that all 3 million members of US Chamber have changed their mind and will now vote for Pocahontas or whoever else they come up with.
No.

The journalist's name is Sean Hackbarth. He has no particular credentials that I could find.
