Of course, he should be able to consult with the FBI attorney to determine where the line was on various matters.
He should have been this careful when he was anger texting the **** he was banging behind his wife's back.
Suddenly Strozk is concerned with which lines he can and can not cross? LMAO! That's hysterical. He either moved or completely ignored those lines when it came to investigating Hillary Clinton and then ginning up a factious investigation on than candidate Trump.

Does anyone here seriously believe that if a top FBI leader had been caught promising that they would stop Obama’s presidency, and had an insurance policy to do so, and called Obama’s supporters iignorant thugs, and could smell them in Walmart that that FBI agent would STILL be employed at the FBI? Still have a security clearance?

Hardly....
They’d have been fired within a week and possibly gone to jail. Riots breaking out demamding him fired and prosecuted with 24/7 support from the liberal MSM.

Anyone who doesn’t understand the deep corrupted state protecting Strzok et. al and the alarming double standards toward democrats and republicans in this country has their head deeply in the sand.....

Equating texting someone you know on a personal level privately with testifying before a congressional committee? I hope you didn't injure yourself with that leap.

Strzok really comes across as someone who has some kind of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (really focused and smart but lives in his own head at times) that has lost touch with reality. Can't seem to connect even the perception of bias as Mueller had to kick him off but says perception and reality is different. Well, in any court case, that can throw out the case which is why Mueller did what he had to do.

Just brushing off that Walmart comment, at least he frankly admitted his disdain for the 'smell' of Trump voters.

Saying the Russian case was important yet saying there was "nothing there" in the text is another big glaring hole.

Democrats will see this as a victory as "gee, this guy really stood his ground. Didn't admit anything.. what a hero"

But the average person, especially Republicans will see how messed up these agents can be, and the organization. It says "wow, if they really want to come after you, they will. And will make up any reason they can".

The defensive, delusional posts from the right are just bizarre.

Regardless of his personal opinion of Trump, Strzok's action were professional.

Republican dishonor themselves with these BS attempts to undermine the FBI in order to protect Trump.

Yeah, it's called the MSM.

Yeah, maybe that or maybe y'all are just wrong. And you lose.

Just remember, that FBI y'all are so in love with now, Trump beat all that ass.

So what's the upshot here?

Shame on Trump, the GOP, Fox News, and the smelly hillbilly deplorables including Hannity.

You are wrong.

You can stack all 69 of your posts up together and belt out another 69 and you are still wrong, 138 times.

He didn't, Trump won.
Every single person has a personal belief so does Strzok. Question is did he or could he change the outcome of the election and the answer is no.
Embarrassing day for those asking questions who didn't even know that Strzok wasn't even subpoenaed.
Trump won because I voted.

Strzok is a worthless mealey-mouthed weasel.

Had he not gone to the hearing, he would have been dragged up there by his girly lip.

What's your point?

Well said, and I agree.

I just don't understand their logic. Does the committee think there were no republican FBI agents that disliked Obama? Or any democratic agents that disliked Bush?

FBI agents swear an oath to their country. And if somebody is vetted and trustworthy enough to become an FBI agent and make it up the ranks as Stzork did, I trust that he knows how to separate his own politics from his job.

And Strzok said repeatedly that there were multiple levels of supervision above him, as well as agents under him that reported to him. If it had appeared that he was in any way out of line or doing something inappropriate with an investigation, it would've been picked up on and reported immediately. Basically, if Strzok had done something wrong, it would have been noticed by his colleagues.

^^ That point by Strzok really hurt the committee's agenda yesterday and made them look like morons.

You must have watched something different than the rest of us, that made the Republican committee members look so bad that Fox didn't even air all of it, and it's clear that the only purpose of the whole fiasco was to provide red meat for the base.

100%.

More fodder for Fox News to shove down the lemming's throats. They smile and ask for more.

I used to be able to stomach Fox News during the day, but now I just refuse to watch at all.
