Man, Jews have been hated worldwide for centuries.
How did that get started?
They were the first "money changers" ... they started banks and invented the whole idea of fractional reserve banking and reserve ratios.. these systems gradually make the people who start them very wealthy so they probably got a lot of jealousy. Thing is a liquid monetary system is essential for a lot of the progress we've made today so really they ultimately should be thanked. We wouldn't have global trade on this scale if we were still bartering or using gold with no concept of usury like some of the more conspiracy oriented would like.

Jealousy and resentment.
Jews, as a group, rise to the top of every society they are part of (unless someone tries to murder them en masse or expel them, which has happened repeatedly for millennia), due in large part to their emphasis on education and marriage before babies. They are disproportionately winners of the Nobel prize, doctors, lawyers, contributors to the arts (particularly music and film), and scientists, and their average HHI income is the highest - or perhaps second highest - of all ethnic groups in the U.S.
They also have the highest IQs of any ethnic group, including Asians, although this fact is usually shouted down as being racist. As to why it is racist to point out a strength of a particular group, well....topic for anither thread.
Correction, Lots of Florida men out here.
