There is the point and fact that "Treason is punishable by Death"... has always been the case, and Trump is not some God that is above the punishment for Treason...

No, he was elected by the electoral college. I don't know what your definition of "selected" is, but he was definitely elected. Just because a bunch of dolts were swayed by russian tolls on Facebook doesn't mean the election didn't count.
