If Manafort is found guilty on 17 counts I predict that Trump will say:
1- so unfair - who cares if he stole $$
2- the jury is obviously 12 Angry Democrats
3- I never even met Manafort
4- this has nuthin to do with the Witch Hunt
1. He didn't STEAL money,he SUPPOSEDLY didn't pay taxes on it and I think Gates the snitch is the real criminal here.

No I was laughing that they couldn't come to a consensus I KNEW it was on maybe 1 charge maybe all 18 even if its ONE charge it harms the Mueller witch hunt. As I said doesn't matter President Trump will pardon him as this was a persecution based on political views to try and take down President Trump and its failed.
If he's pardoned, he still won't avoid a state trial that Donnie can't touch, and he will not be able to invoke the Fifth Amendment in any future testimony. Might be a great tradeoff.
Now, if we only knew who the subjects were of all those sealed indictments piling up in D.C. District Court and SDNY since last November...
The jury is stuck on one count out of eighteen. That means they have verdicts on seventeen counts. Does anyone actually believe that all seventeen of those verdicts will be "not guilty"? Manafort is toast.

Do you realize that even if Manafort is pardoned, he's going to be a pariah and will still owe mucho $$$ to the IRS and be in danger from the Russian Mob? His family is not going to stand by him, clearly. Where can he turn? I supposed Trump could privately see that his bills are paid - but what sort of life lies ahead for him, if he is pardoned?
And don't forget there's a SECOND Manafort trial coming up in September, this one in D.C. He's in it deep.
