If the place and time of the attack were known Dr. Ford would have a difficult time making the accusation. By not providing a time or a place it is impossible for Kavanaugh to have an alibi. At the least she should have an idea of where and narrow it down to a street.

I think I've heard they are narrowing the house down. But of course it won't matter because Trump has got a stranglehold on this investigation, so I'm sure that's one of the questions that the FBI won't be allowed to answer.
