If Trump did this (said one thing and did the other) all the Leftists here would be calling him a liar but when one of their own does it, you hear nothing from them.

Yep, the overly regulated taxi industry, where it costs $1.3 million in NYC to run a single taxi has created a culture of corruption and prevents individuals wishing to create small businesses outside of the web of bureaucracy from doing so.

This is why the Democrats and big business taxi and hotel companies want to prevent competition and the democratization of these industries. These socialists like their money flowing in from these companies.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez scares the crap out of you people, doesn’t she?

I see no hypocrisy here. First of all her campaign is using rideshares, not her. She cannot dictate how they travel. Also, yellow cabs typically do not pick up fares in the Queens and Bronx neighborhoods that her district covers. I know you people want, so badly, to attach her to a scandal, but there’s nothing here and you were embarrassing yourselves.

No, actually we are very excited about her and the fact that the media has anointed her the darling of the Democrat party. Her message is poison in many parts of the country, so we hope she keeps opening her mouth.

She is the future of the party in the same way that Conor Lamb is the future of the party. The Democrats are learning to take the temperature of the room and run the right candidates in the right districts. In most of the country, Democrats will keep running the same lousy centrists they’ve been running, but in those enclaves in which we can actually get a progressive elected, there will be no room for center-right neolibs.

Oh sure, she has no idea what her help is doing or how they are spending her money. Poor thing being taken advantage like that.

Imagine thinking of campaign staff as “her help”. These people are professionals, and new candidate, anywhere can dictate how the professionals on their staff travel.

Guess what guys; the only way you’re allowed to travel too far-flung areas of Queens and the Bronx are yellow cabs and the MTA. Poof. No more staffers.

If Ortiz was going to speak out in favor of the taxi cab cartel, you'd think her "professionals" would be properly advising her. By "professionals" did you mean professional liars, or maybe youre new to politcs on planet earth?
And hey if cabs wont go into these neighborhoods as you claim, why would she want to keep the residents from having access to a ride share service, I thought she was for the little people?

Let me tell you how things work in the grown-up world. AOC can hold the belief that rideshare services need to be regulated while, at the same, time reimbursing reimbursing her professional staff for their travel expenses. I’m sure you probably understand that and are being disingenuous and intentionally obtuse.

But she hasn't said any of that. Hey you aren't one of her professionals are you?
