... once they're convicted, of course.

I mean after all, it's only fitting, right?

They can join those who have been convicted of downloading certain pornographic pictures and other really bad sexual sins, with the requisite loss of rights, inability to find employment and housing, etc, associated with the offenders' registry.

Unless, for whatever reason, they don't have to register.

Well, when you're going up against probably the largest, one of the wealthiest corporations in the world protecting their own, anything is possible.

And so? Trump married, right? Didn't stop him from grabbing every puzzy in sight......

Anyone with even a small amount of power is often tempted to use it to get puzzy....or the other thing. There are plenty of Rabbis who have been caught....heck, a whole bunch in NJ were trading in human body parts!

I think we all know that if the Church was not so powerful they would be disbanded and thrown out of the country and these folks ALL registered and many jailed.

It is a perfect indication of our "justice" system and another good example of why we MUST get the Church out of our public affairs. We now only put up with this child and other abuse, we finance it...and approve it....and heap praise upon those institutions that practice it.

We're not talking exceptions to the rule here. We are talking big leagues. And Priests aren't the only ones - do you really think the Paterno and Olympic things are rare??

The Fox is watching the chickens. What do you think Trump would do if he found out there was massive sexual molestation of teen girls by their coaches? I think he'd look to get in on the action....

This is why stuff like PizzaGate was so believable - because the truth is stranger than fiction. Many of our institutions (military, LE, coaching, etc.) are set up as "abuse factories"...

You won't find me sending my kids to boy scouts any more...that's for sure.

You are exactly right!!

We will never see priests on sex offender lists, I mean cmon, really, thats never going to happen, the church is too powerful in the US, heck, its 2018 and 'In God we trust' is still on on currency, majority of our laws and regulations are derived from christian/biblical laws, we STILL have 'sin taxes' for petes sake!!

Historically, the church is pretty much above the law...I doubt that will change in any of our lifetimes.
