The US has to finally learn that they can't mediate something where the two sides can't/won't even get on the same road in order to do so. The US gov't can align itself with any gov't they wish but need to stay out of the middle of arguments.

I blame Donald Trump for this due to his line of work on real estate which mainly involves jews. Trump always ways been pro Isreal because of his line work and who he surrounded himself with over the years. However I don't blame him. . The US needs to find a solution to create a two state or an equal one state solution.

Nice find. Rep points toward you.

The US has taken sides, $ millions in aid to Palestine but $ billions in aid to Israel.
And Trump is not mediating - and not backing out - he has taken sides and his policy is screw Palestine and help Israel take over the West Bank.

If you take into account the UNRWA, then it's also Billions of dollars sent to the Palestinians.

Trump definitely has an Israel first policy in the middle east. It is pathetic. Netanyahu testified before Congress saying Iraq was close to having nukes to goad us into invading Iraq

"If you take out Saddam, Saddam's regime, it will have enormous positive reverberations on the region" -Netanyahu 2002

He is saying the same bs about Iran now, and Trump is falling for it

I don't care what they do with that useless scrap of land. Let 'god' sort it out without our blood and treasure.

Even if it lopsided it's still Billions given to Palestinians and it was given to them without any strings attached to it (like having to spend it in the US like Israel does).

Friedman: We’ve thrown $10b. at Palestinians; peace isn’t a millimeter closer

Bill Clinton said the exact same thing in 1998:
