It just goes to show that America is not special. Its people are just as susceptible to harmful nationalism and the abandonment of reason that we’ve seen time and time again in other places historically. If history repeats itself, and it always does because humanity never learns anything, the US is headed for some very dark times indeed- not that they’re not already scary. The pure, no-questions-asked adulation of a deeply flawed human being, let alone a former reality star turned politician, should never happen, regardless of political affiliation. If we don’t figure out what we’re doing, we’re not going to come back from this.

Hang on, I can't keep track. I thought every American was now working? Or is it just the republicans? And now zillions of people show up for Trump rallies except for all of the Trump supporters, who have jobs that don't allow them time off? These don't sound like very good jobs....

There are only about 150,000 people in Missouri? Wow, never knew that. Google says the population of the whole Springfield metro area is a half million people. And people travel to these things, don't they? I mean, Trump is a celebrity; it's not only going to be people in the city the rally is held in who want to go.

Does a venue that holds 11,000 people count as massive?

Local population would be the city, not the entire state. You seem to have a bee in your bonnet over this one. Spinning.

You do know that you are supporting a coward, a wimp, and a *****. He's got game, I will give him that, but there's nothing to back up his words. All talk, that's all he is. He couldn't stand up to Putin, couldn't match his intelligence, and the treasonous bastard sided with Putin over our own FBI. Putin, the leader of a country in opposition to everything the United States stands for. Go cheer him on. Don't forget your pom poms.

How much did Trump's trip cost American taxpayers? Why is he campaigning already?

Thank God we still have middle America. Stay strong.

And it's driving them, liberals, absolutely bat **** crazy. Look at the comments in this topic directed towards millions of their fellow Americans.
