A new PEW research poll, involving almost 30,000 people across the world, has given a huge thumbs down on the trustworthiness of Trump. That also affects the perception of the USA as a trusted partner, and will for years to come, even after the USA gets rid of this nightmare of a president.

For the MAGA people in the crowd, American firstism caused the Great Depression. You didn't learn your history, did you?

And then the world called upon America to clean up their mess. Did your history professor selectively skip over certain decades? Was he/she/it an American hating socialist?

We showed the way once. We were a beacon of hope in a dark world. No reason we can't do it again.

Sometimes I wonder at the brainwashing of leftists.

Trump has re-negotiated trade deals in our favor, force Europe to pay more for their own defense, brought Iran to its knees, and is about to end the Korean War. You apparently prefer the Clinton/Obama way, which was to give North Korea reactors to develop nuclear weapons, give truckloads of money to Iran to perpetrate terrorism, and to allow other countries to rob us blind.

When the rest of the world is complaining, it is because we have a robust foreign policy that works for America. That is not hard to understand...unless you are a silly liberal who likes feelings over results.

Grow up.

Good.

The leader of a country's job is to look out for the citizens of THAT country.

It's not his job to kiss the ass of foreigners.

That was Obama's big failing. The Chinese laughed at the hapless community agitator. Surprised he would so easily sell out America for the betterment of Chinese citizens. Putin simply ignored Obama's bleating and did as he pleased for HIS people. Obama could only stamp his feet.

Of course Democrats don't understand this. How could they? They hate much of America themselves. They are absolutely intolerant of any view beyond their own.

We know most of the rest of the world doesn't love Trump because he is making America great again, not their country that's been stealing from the American taxpayer for decades.

The rest of the world shouldn't trust America just as we don't trust the rest of the world and the crappy UN.

Correct. Run up of household debt (like during Obama's years in office) was a huge part of it. To avert similar economic turmoil as the great depression, Americans require higher wages to pay off debt. If they do not get it, lights out, party's over, everyone go home and be miserable until you are needed again (if ever). That particularly includes the rest of the world.
