The FBI might not want to know because it has been told NOT TO KNOW...not to look...not to dish dirt...

1--Because if it was known that Kavanaugh KNEW about Ramirez before The Atlantic article not only did he lie to Hatch about when he became aware of it --
2--But it very likely could mean that HE/Kavanaugh remembered the event all on his own because he did it--
Pulled his penis out in public and stuck it in her face--while at a drinking party in the dorm--and having a good laught about it at the time...

And that brings me back to
3--When and how did Ed Whelan know about Christine Ford--and start his investigation of her prior to writing that dopplelanger story to protect Kavanaugh and insert another plausible candidate for the assault...
Whelan seemed to know about Ford before her name was public
How did he find that out????

Leaked from within the Congressional committee staff?
Leaked by someone at WaPo--to another reporter--that doesn't seen to make any sense really
But TOLD by Kavanaugh to Whelan first--because he knew who she was since he assaulted her---so that Whelan could get to work on the cover story---
Then leaked so that Whelan could have credibility to put the doppleanger story into play--
That seems very logical and plausible to me

No one had to tell Kavanaugh about Ford--
He knew she might being her story forward...
The white house knew about it before WaPo released it, though the WH has said they did not tell him, it is plausible someone did as the Linkedin search happened after the WH was notified. If he really knew about Ford, the search would have been made when the accusation first surfaced.

It's beginning to look like they were not false accusations.

If Trump was smart he would pull this nomination now.

Let's try to understand the Process at this point.

The Senate Judicial Committee has done their Interviews, heard Testimony and VOTED to advance the Nomination of Judge Kavanaugh to the Full Senate for a Final Vote.
They have completed their Job and it is now in the Hands of the Leader of the Senate -
Mitch McConnell and his Executive Committee

Next ....... The Final Confirmation

Leader McConnell can ask for a unanimous vote in Executive Session to advance to a Senate Vote .... OR
Leader McConnell can ask on the floor of the Senate in Legislative Session to advance to a Senate Vote

Leader McConnell will ask in the Legislative Session because he knows that he would get a Filibuster in Executive Session and they can't do that in the Legislative Session.

Next comes the Senate Statements ..... all 100 of them. They can spend 30 hours doing this.
No way they will agree to vote.

Keep in mind - The Senate Judicial Committee is out of this deal - they are now just regular Senators like all the other Senators. Judge Brett Kavanaugh is out of this - no more Testimony or Hearings .... that was completed and Voted on by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The President authorized the FBI to aid the Senate with Investigations of credible questions that came up in the Senate Judicial Committee at the request of SJC members and Leader McConnell.

I expect that a report will go to the President and then to Leader McConnell - then they will review the report and do more if asked. This is pretty straight forward.

Important Points to remember:

1). Dianne Feinstein and any other US Senator can write a Million Demands/Orders to the FBI and each and every one of them is Worthless ...... AND she knows that perfectly well.

2). The Democrats are Grandstanding -- they can come up with a 100 women that will swear on Satan's pitchfork or an NBC/CBS/CNN/NYT/WashPo/ABC/NPR talking head .... which may well be the same thing ....... AND it doesn't matter. It's all Razzle-Dazzle.

3). At some point (and Leader McConnell will direct this) they will be forced to VOTE - it will be before the Mid-Term Elections for sure.

What if the Vote goes against Judge Kavanaugh?? I think President Trump re-Nominates him again and tells the American People that THEY get to vote on the next Supreme Court Justice AND the basic premise of ....... Presumption of Innocence.

President Trump will put it on the line ...... it's up to the American people in November to decide if we still have a System of Government and Judicial System that is based on Presumption of Innocence and Process ..... OR...... is it going to be Mob Rule an Trial by Mob Media.

As with everything else, let's see the evidence. Let's see the police report, the mutual friend's side of the story, let's see these texts; all of this should be very easy to produce.

I really am not interested in Nbc, Fox, (insert your news here) saying they "have something" or "someone told them something", I want to see actual evidence.

Wow, I feel the same way about Trump, especially during the 2016 campaign season. He was down right nasty to all the others, and still very nasty.

Do you think a re-election would have been the right thing to do in 2000?

Important question - which would reflect on your very claim here about "mob rule", given the Brooks Brothers riot and other such things.
