They would have folded under the intense media pressure and replaced him.

I know, it’s hilarious to see these trolls fall over themselves to insult anyone who doesn’t fall in line with their dear leader. There’s not a more pathetic bunch around.

I’d respect Powell more if he would actually get involved in public life or run for office. As it is, he apparently wants to be remembered as a great man who was too virtuous to be President.

Well, I kinda feel the same way about myself. Many of us do.

And if Trump did investigate her, you'd be slamming him for being petty. Either way, you'd bash him regardless.

Colin Powell defending the media now but if he runs as a Republican, he will get a taste of the biased liberal media attacking him too and then he won't feel so warm and fuzzy about the media then.

Just ask Bush, McCain and Romney.

I wonder how Powell felt when Obama said “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone...”. Can’t get more ME president than that!

And regarding the press, when they start lying and their mission is to destroy the President that is a HUGE issue. Can’t see why anyone wouldn’t to object to that. Gone are the days of unbiased reporting.

It was all bull**** to begin with. There was nothing to investigate. Made his double digit IQ supporters turnout to the polls believing he actually would though
