Not really a surprise. I am sure the GOP does same thing on a smaller scale...you can call these women republicans all ya want but they don't support the GOP or our President so they aren't Conservatives nor Republicans. Just a sleazy attempt by the democrats to take or retain seats in congress.

Hopefully you have something more credible than this publication to back up your opinion.

In any event, both Meghan Milloy and Jennifer Pierotti Lim, the women leading the Republican Women for Progress, have spent the bulk of their past working for Republican organizations and candidates and writing for conservative media. They have always been Republicans. In fact, they have been Republicans far longer than Donald Trump.

You just cannot face the fact that women are turned off by Trump--yes even some Republican women. He's losing women and not gaining any to replace them.

"...For Meghan Milloy and Jennifer Pierotti Lim, being a Republican has long been a part of their identity. As Milloy recalls, her first foray into politics was in her early teen years. Having grown up in Mississippi, she reveled in knocking on doors and handing out yard signs with her friends as they took part in then–gubernatorial candidate Haley Barbour’s 2003 ground campaign. Coming from a small business family, she was drawn to the idea of lower taxes and, as she says, “helping the little guy,” and went on to found a teenage Republican club in high school and work on the campaigns of George W. Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney beyond her teens and into her twenties.

For Lim, her Republican roots go even deeper. When she was just six years old, she would accompany her father to the polls and help pass out Republican literature in their home state of Virginia. Her political interests continued through high school, and she campaigned for Republican candidates in state and local races...."

My goal isn't to impress you with a source you believe,I truly don't care if you believe the source. They MIGHT have been republicans they aren't any more. They sure aren't conservative AT ALL if they were they wouldn't be trying to get socialist leftists elected.

Your goal is to manufacture a claim that there is some insidious plot by Democrats to pretend they are Republicans. You even pot GOP in quotes, to suggest what, that they are not really GOP? You failed.

The fact is a lot of lifelong Republicans are rejecting Trump and his criminal gang.

Yes. The TRUE #walkaway is the number of lifelong Republicans who have walked away from the republican party - at least until it regains some semblance of sanity.

Hillary Clinton was a Republican until college too. Being a "Republican" at any one time doesn't mean much.

It'd be funnier if there was a GOP men's group that is funded by an SJW liberal feminist.

Thanks. That's kind of nice. Clearly, Republicans weren't going to support their own women, so it's nice that a Dem stepped in.

I'm sorry you feel that you have to support a bad president, just because he's of your own party, but that's one of the problems with being a Republican - they don't like people to have independent ideas.
