I know this is absolutely TRUE .... because the Media reported it this way.
He deserves to have his approval rating lowered after doing BOTH of these things.

I do have to admit, hes trying to appeal to the worst of his base more, without realizing how alienating that is for the majority of folks.
Well, he has painted himself into a corner. If he doesn't continue to be rude, illiterate, attacking others, and lying, he risks losing the core base that got him here. But the smarter ones are beginning to say "Wait a minute !" and are waking up to the fact they have been conned.
The rest of the country knew what he was from the beginning, and more and more of them are voting again. November 6th is not going to be a good day for Donald J. Trump.
You can see the chart over on 538 move - the spread between approve and not is getting bigger by the day.
I don't think he has any more "base" to appeal to. He can say ANYTHING to them, but they are already voting his way.
But he surely isn't going to brag about the DOW in 2018 and make any hay of it.....
