You have a very low bar.

Matter of fact.... that's hysterical.

Who's the one in here day in and day out harping about this militia constantly? You do own a mirror, don't you?

My obsession with your country, as you put it, is no greater than anyone else sharing a border with it. I'm debating, as are others, simply the title of the thread topic. I'm not purporting to know more; I'm agreeing with a significant portion of them. The ignorance exposed is not mine.

Now, do yourself a service and go back and read what the "natives who actually live there" are actually saying as regards the "unregulated militias".
I have lived in san diego for 38 years and still do so dont play oneupsmanship about knowledge of border issues.
You provided anecdotal accounts of a few land owners who dont like militias. Great.
However your argument is a non starter because many of them DO want them there or this thread wouldnt even exist because the militias can only patrol on private land and only if the land owner wants them there.
That guy who owns 825,000 acres obviously is wealthy enough to pay private security. Many are not. What is your problem with people exercising their right to protect their property?

To be clear, it's not one person I spoke to saying that, my whole neighborhood and social circle pretty much falls under law enforcement and military.

On the flip side, we don't have border control here. /lol
It is a mystery to me why the opinions of law enforcement in Hawaii should have any gravity in discussions about illegal aliens on our southern border.
And ones own social circle is usually populated by people whose overall ideology is similar to theirs. Not exclusively but you dont see many leftists hanging out with alt right people....
Just sayin the "all my friends agree with me" was never supporting evidence on the internet and never will be.
