Yup, way to MAGA.

And also, you're wrong. As evidenced by tens of hundreds of developed countries.

.
You mean all those countries who are under the thumb of a tyrannical government? Adults defend themselves. Children look to government.

It is the Bill of Rights standing firmly in the way... Shall not be infringed.
Banning detachable magazines of any capacity, has already been determined unconstitutional according to the language within the 2nd Amendment
McDonald v. Chicago.

You don't get to tell me or vote away, what arms I keep and bear, to keep your evils ass at bay.

Rewriting the 2nd Amendment right before our eyes to say:
The privilege of Citizens 21 years and older, who are non-felons and mentally sane, may keep but never bear the small arms the government decides.

The state doesn't have any authority to infringe on the rights of anyone to defend themselves by dictating how many bullets they can have at their disposal.

If you're forced to use your gun to defend yourself (or others) there is no telling, no predicting, how many bullets will be "enough". 10 might be 4 more than needed, or 5 less than needed.

You just don't know. And its not the state's prerogative to make decisions that can affect whether you can or cannot effectively wield the force necessary to defend yourself.

It has already been decided in Cali.
I'm surprised no one has sued Cali, for denying them the ability to protect themselves, with "pile-on" legislation, on something that was never intended to be infringed in the first place.
Bow to your MASTER with sharp teeth, as they file yours, without consent.

Murder is already illegal. Does that stop mass shooters?
Maybe we should make murder legal then? It's going to happen either way, right?

Is murder equivalent to owning a harmless inanimate object to you?

If you gun controllers were serious about WHY you supposedly want to ban/control guns instead of just being afraid/hating guns, you would start eliminating things that are used to kill that are at the top of the list first...
