How do we make the money changers that salivate at the chance to build Saudis first nuclear reactor, responsible for when the Saudis start on a path to making nuclear weapons, which they will do.

everyone is scared that the middle east nations will get nuclear weapons, and then use them. i think even they know that it will cause devastation they are not ready for, and thus will not use them. india and pakistan both have had then for decades now and they havent used their nukes, and those countries hate each other.
