I watched several times to see if its edited or manipulated in anyway, but I cant really tell. Pretty scary if he actually thinks this.

At least he acknowledges that the First Amendment stops him from doing so, but he did say that he thinks the private companies like Google should be able to since government can't. Since the question was about searching on Google, I'd like to know what, exactly, he wants to regulate.

What a piece of work he is.
