ummmmm.....ok.

Should people be making supreme court decisions post surgery under medication in a hospital bed? How much time does this lady have left? Give up the power. Its over.

Ginsburg Voted Against Trump's Travel Ban From Her Hospital Bed After Surgery

Of course she did. I'm sure that there is something in her Will that states she is against anything Trump proposes.

Soon they will be propping up her skeleton with strings and self recordings of saying yay and nay.

Her will? You think she will be able to vote from the grave?

False? The article clearly says

NBC reported that Ginsburg voted from her hospital bed. National Public Radio and Mother Jones magazine said she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration shortly after her surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her lungs

Trump works from his bed nearly every day. He sits in his bed and talks on the phone, tweets and watches TV until 11AM each day.

Classic example of wanting to suppress those with whom you do not agree with, unlike liberals of the past who admired and invoked Voltaire.

NBC, NPR, HuffPo and Mother Jones are hardly moderate sources, so why are you claiming the info (thus the thread) is fake?

From the HuffPo article;

"NBC reported that Ginsburg voted from her hospital bed. National Public Radio and Mother Jones magazine said she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration shortly after her surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her lungs."

Care to revise your post and apologize?

SCOTUS was not scheduled to meet as a group this week. Not all justices were in DC. In instances like this, they vote by phone or email.

There are conflicting reports as to when she voted, before or after surgery.
Don’t think there was doubt how she was likely to vote.

Conservative Justice Roberts, not Ginsburg, was the deciding vote 5-4 ruling.

Ginsburg from a hospital bed immediately following surgery still has more intelligence and judgment in her little finger than can be found in the entire obese body of our ignorant president.
