There is no place for bible class in a public school. Shameful that this child was bullied because she didn't "fit the mold" as defined by others not sharing her family's beliefs.

Lovely Christian children telling others they are going to hell because they don’t attend bible class.
There are more than 40,000 brands of Christianity in the US, some of which have very different belief systems.
Glad to hear the state put an end to bible classes in public schools.
Given the classes were taught by volunteers, no reason they can’t continue after school, on church properties.

A great example of the indoctrination Deal spoke of in the suit.

I worried about a girl in my son's middle school whose parents were both attorneys and sued over a picture of Jesus.
Turns out, I didn't need to. She was quite a force of her own and an amazing musician. She let nothing stop her.

I was told that when I lived in Alabama merely because I wasn't Baptist. And THAT from my neighbor friends' PARENTS.
LOL. Good thing I knew they were crazy even at that age.

That’s what happens when you have an evil mother.. she should have the daughter taken away from her for child abuse teaching her immortality!

Teaching love, peace and forgiveness and morality is all the sudden being a hypocrite.
No wonder this country is in decline
