A lot more hungry people without materialism.

Andy thinks people having 401k go down and people losing their jobs is good for workers.

Liberals seem to forget that the “working people” are the ones employed to build all those yachts, lamborghinis, and mansions. They should celebrate every time one gets bought. Instead, they just get outraged at “the 1%” for some reason I have yet to figure out.

Why does it have to be all? That would be quite irrational.

Our actions say the opposite.

I agree with this. He has no standing in complaining about materialism.

Think about it. If you’re donating to all the poorest people in the world until their wealth matches your own, how much money do you think they’ll be left with? Less than a cent.

RCC has no moral compass, OP.

The Pope therefore lacks any credibility. His business' pedophilia massive issues caused the loss of any credibility his role once had.

Nailed it.

The Vatican alone is worth upwards of $10 to $15 billion and who knows how much the church owns all over the world. The Economist calculated that the Catholic church in America alone had a $170 billion annual operating budget.

When the Catholic church quits protecting pedophiles and uses its vast wealth to feed the hungry, etc. then perhaps the Pope's annual condemnation of materialism will have some meaning.

Until then, let's skip the hypocrisy.
