There is probably a better measure to use than who they import, given the US imports numerous medically skilled people.

When Trump called Haiti, El Salvador and non-specific African nations "sh*thole" countries, I remember the outrage from Democrats.

Now you condescendingly do the same, and trash 3 different countries.

Ignorant, ugly American.

I'm still trying to figure out how they can afford all of this with half the economy of California.

Soft power - you don't notice it until it's gone, do you?

We don't import medical personnel out of desperation as is the case with Venezuela.

I wasn't being condescending just stating a fact, Trumps statement was pure insult. If Russia wanted to do some good for them they could have sent medical help or drugs that are in short supply like insulin, instead they send 2 nuclear bombers.

Wow, some people really get hyped over a whopping two bombers going to a country for drills.

Should have been more specific then. Venezuela anyway has a lot more issues than just this.

Same with any country. Instead of providing weapons to Saudi Arabia to destroy Yemen, the US could have sent aid to prevent starvation. Instead of having a couple destroyers play war games with the Philippines, the US could have sent supplies to a lot of it most impoverished people. I continue on and on.

Russia supported us in the Revolutionary War, they handed the entire west coast to us, sold us Alaska cheap (instead of Great Britain/Canada) allies with us in WWI & WWII AND helped save us from Hillary.

We should send them a housewarming gift for their new base.
