My father didn't change diapers or push baby strollers either. These are standard views for people Trump's age... nothing to do with insecurity. Almost all men (and most women) of his generation believed in well-defined sex roles in parenting. How do you not know this? How old are you?
I'm almost 67, five years younger than Trump. I learned what I knew about being a father by watching mine. None of my contemporaries had problems changing diapers, giving children baths, reading bedtime stories, making lunches, buying groceries, cooking meals, washing clothes, or whatever else it took to take care of our children. We wanted children, and we made it a point to make ourselves more than a superficial part of their lives. I still do some of the same things for my four grandchildren.
Our wives, BTW, didn't think we were emasculated by our actions in the least. I'm sorry your father wasn't strong enough to present you with a better role model. Your mother would have appreciated the help.
Did you even read it? 2 years ago? Doesn't look like it.
Try 2005. 13 years ago. Back when Trump was on NBC, Buzzfeed's benefactor. They sure had no trouble taking the money that Trump made for them back then.
Orange Man Bad. (it's the only way they can make money now)
This is America. It is your prerogative to be in favor of fathers who are absent from their children's lives if you so desire, but I personally find it sad when a father is unable or unwilling to demonstrate love for his children.

Thanks for the concern but my folks are doing pretty well, happily married now for 56 years. You...?

I'm in between Ivanka and Tiffany's ages. This was certainly not how we were raised. Our dads changed diapers, gave baths, and pushed baby strollers (or, in my dad's case, wore the baby carrier). I'm truly sorry that wasn't your experience.
This is soon to be 2019 not the 50’s. What exactly is women’s work?
I know a couple of women in town who are CEOs. My grandmother owned a successful real estate and insurance company for fifty years, and raised three children and took care of her farm while doing it.
"Woman's work" is kinda hard to define, actually...
